Apartment is stationed on the ground floor of a completely renovated hundred year old villa. In three rooms (58m2) there is enough space for a comfort stay of a bigger family (5 to 6 persons). The equipment is adapted to the needs of the ones staying. Rooms are air-conditioned, bright and pleasant for your stay. The outside terrace (30m2) with its garden (60m2) will provide additional comfort. The apartment has a separate entrance with a parking spot b the building.

The virtue of the apartment is its Mediterranean feeling, because the terrace provides shade under its vine with a view on typical Mediterranean vegetation. Behind that you can feel the sound and smell of the sea. The guests like to compliment our garden for it provides a private sun bathing area and a safe place for children to play. .
